Rosemary Heredia

Rosemary joined Excel Academy East Boston Team in 2023 as a Culture Manager. Prior to Excel, Rosemary had worked in Human Resources and as a co-chair of a Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Rosemary holds a BA degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from Adler University. Rosemary’s approach to life is holistic, with a focus on demonstrating empathy, positive regard, authenticity, community, and connection. She also believes in the importance of laughter, being present, and a lifelong learner. Rosemary’s ideal lifestyle consist of learning, reading, writing, working on herself, talking with people, exploring the city, practicing dance, cooking and baking. She also loves video games and will occasionally enter in competitions.
