School PsychologistRachael joined Excel in 2021 and currently serves as School Psychologist across multiple campuses. Rachael is a graduate from Florida State University’s combined Master’s (M.S.) and Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Counseling and Human Systems including a major in School Psychology.
