Kimberly Tovar
School Counselor/Social WorkerKimberly joined the Excel Academy Rhode Island team as the School Counselor in 2023. Prior to Excel, Kimberly held an administrative assistant role and held roles in psychiatric hospitals in RI. Kimberly obtained her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Social Work with a trauma focus at Rhode Island College. Kimberly holds a LCSW, with a trauma focus. When Kimberly is not working on Social Emotional Learning, she is out traveling or exploring new spots to eat and cultural events. Kimberly is a dog mom to a sassy Boston Terrier, Darla who she adores!
