Keith Guerin
Dean of CultureKeith joined Excel’s staff in 2005 and currently serves as Excel Academy Chelsea’s Dean of Culture. Keith began his career as a support teacher at an alternative school in Chelsea, MA. When he transitioned to Excel, he served as the art teacher, moved into the Associate Dean of Students role before becoming the Dean of Students. Keith just recently returned home to Excel after supporting a school turnaround effort in Lawrence, MA. Keith is a graduate of Montserrat College of Art.
