Marlharrisa "Marlha" Lagardere
Associate Dean of CultureMarlharrisa “Marlha” Lagardere joined Excel Academy in 2021 and currently serves as the Associate Dean of Culture at the Chelsea campus. Prior to joining the Excel team, Marlha spent one-year teaching in a charter school in Lynn, MA, and four years in Baton Rouge, LA where she taught English Language Arts to grades 6 – 8. Marlha received her B.A. in International and Global Studies from Brandeis University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Louisiana State University – Shreveport.
