Elizabeth Matson
Director Special ProjectsElizabeth Matson joined Excel’s staff in 2018, and currently serves as the Director of Special Projects on the Network Team. Prior to Excel, Elizabeth worked as an Elementary Assistant Principal in North Carolina. She began her teaching career as a Teach For America corps member in New Haven, CT where she taught first grade at Achievement First’s Amistad Academy Elementary School. Elizabeth holds a BA from Boston College and received her MSA from UNC-Chapel Hill.
