Nicole Repp
Senior Director of College & Career CounselingNicole joined Excel’s staff in 2008 and currently serves as the Director of College & Career Counseling on Excel’s College Access & Post-Secondary Success team. Before coming to Excel, she served as a clinical research coordinator in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital. Prior to that, she worked as a long-term substitute Spanish teacher at Medford High School in 2005. Nicole earned both her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Tulane University.
