Saturday Academy: Excel's weekend math program seeks volunteers to tutor students and help them strengthen their fundamental math skills. Commitment is on a week-by-week basis, on Saturdays from 9am-12pm. This three hour commitment includes a 30-minute training session to prepare volunteers. Individuals and corporate groups welcome. Enrichment Program: Have a passion for the arts? Sports? Arts and crafts? Karaoke? Debate? Excel Academy seeks enthusiastic individuals to propose and lead some of our exciting enrichment programs. Commitment is for ten weeks on Fridays from 12pm-1:30pm. Support from Excel Academy staff can be provided and creativity in programming is encouraged. After School Tutoring: All three Excel schools are actively seeking volunteers to tutor students one-on-one after school in the disciplines of math, English, science and social studies.  This is an ongoing commitment but with flexibility regarding the scheduling of the sessions.
