From Boston via the Callahan or Williams Tunnels
-Once exiting the tunnel, look for signs for Route 1A North (Route 1A takes you to RT. 145)
-Get onto Route 1A and take the 1st exit for Rt. 145 (labled Bennington Street/Chelsea/Winthrop/RT. 145)
-At the bottom of the exit, go straight through the traffic light
-At the next stop sign, take a right onto Rt. 145 (Bennington Street)
-Drive North on Bennington Street for approximately 0.4 miles until you reach Moore Street
-Take a left onto Moore Street
Excel-East Boston is located on the corner of Moore Street & Bennington Street in a giant brick building. Parking is available on the side of the building, and there is ample additional non-resident street parking available of many of the streets surrounding the facility.
Via the MBTA
-Excel-East Boston is easily accessible using the Blue Line on the T
-Board a Blue Line train heading towards Wonderland and get off at the Wood Island T Station
-After exiting the station, take a right onto RT. 145 (Bennington Street)
-Walk approximately 0.2 miles north on RT. 145 until you reach Moore Street
-Excel-East Boston is located on the corner of Moore Street & Bennington in the giant brick building

-Once exiting either tunnel, look for signs for Route 1A North (Route 1A takes you to RT. 145)
-Get onto Route 1A and then take the 2nd exit for RT. 145. (Do not take the first exit labeled "East Boston" or the Bennington St./Chelsea/Winthrop/RT. 145 exit.)
-Take Route 1A North for a couple of miles at which point you will see a Courtyard Inn by Marriott and an Avis sign/location on your right hand side. You will then see a sign for RT 145, Orient Heights/Winthrop
-Take a right onto RT. 145/Boardman Street
-Follow RT. 145/Boardman Street for 0.5 mile. You will pass the Orient Heights Recreation Center on your right
-Enter the rotary and take the 2nd exit onto Saratoga Street. Drive up the hill to the stop light. This is the intersection of Bennington and Saratoga Streets
-Continue going straight for 0.5 mile. You will see a Domino's Pizza and a CVS Pharmacy on your left
-Excel-Orient Heights is located right next to the CVS Pharmacy and share the same parking lot
From the North via Route 1-South
-Follow US-1 South to the Route 60 exit toward Malden/Revere
-Enter the rotary and take the 3rd exit onto MA-60 East. Follow this road for one mile
-Enter the rotary and the take the 2nd exit onto MA-60 East. Follow this road for one mile
-MA-60 East becomes Route 1A South. Follow this road for 1.3 miles. You will pass Suffolk Downs on your left
-Turn left at Boardman Street/RT. 145. (This street is not clearly marked. You will come to a stoplight at the top of a hill. This is Boardman Street.)
-Follow Boardman Street for 0.5 mile. You will pass the Orient Heights Recreation Center on your right
-Enter the rotary and take the 2nd exit onto Saratoga Street. Drive up the hill to the stop light. This is the intersection of Bennington and Saratoga Streets.

-In 2.8 miles, take a slight right onto 2nd Street
-180 2nd Street will be on you right hand side in a large brick office building. Parking is available on the side of the building and in the back
From Boston via the Tobin Bridge
-Follow I-93 North to Exit 27 (Rt.1-North/Tobin Bridge & Revere)
-In 2.0 miles, take the Beacon Street exit
-In 0.1 miles, take a slight left onto Chestnut Street
-In 0.2 miles, take a left onto Williams Street
-In 0.1 miles, take your second right onto Spruce Street
-In 0.1 miles, take your first left onto 2nd Street
